‘HR Hot Topics’ is a new digital event series that surfaces the challenges currently facing the LavasourceHR community. The live broadcast, showcases perspectives, points of view, and enables practitioners to learn, understand and connect with the community to help solve barriers to success.
We are committed to discussing critical challenges facing the community, sharing experiences, providing frameworks and further education, which will help to enhance the careers and businesses within the LavasourceHR community.
In the second episode, aired on Tuesday, 28 September we introduced LavasourceHR, the first talent marketplace for HR, HR Tech & Change Management freelancers and independent professionals.
The session hosted by Mark Brooks-Lewis, founder of LavasourceHR providing the vision and mission that the team are here to facilitate, and we’re also joined by special guest, Sharon Green, professional interim HR leader and founder of Chiara Consultancy.
Sharon, interviewed by Paul Sharpe, provides great insight and advice about choosing and transferring into a career as an interim professional. She walks us through the ‘light-bulb’ moment and how she considers herself holistically involved in an organization, so there are no doubts that she gives her all to the task in hand.
